Mainstream housing provides more than just a house. We provide a home.

Everyone needs a place to call home; a place where they can live in dignity; a place where they belong. Mainstream housing provides safe and appealing living environments for individuals with developmental disabilities and affordable living options open to community members with low incomes.  Resident service at our affordable living projects help people gain important life skills and experience a sense of community.

Mainstream Housing is rehabilitating a 16-unit apartment complex in Cottage Grove, Oregon made up of one-bedroom units. The first phase of the construction has been completed. The Applegate Apartments is a mixed use apartment complex serving low-income households and individuals with developmental disabilities.

Aquarius Apartments, a 26-unit apartment complex in Springfield, Oregon.
Aquarius is a mixed use apartment complex that includes three ADA accessible units and a community room. Eleven units are dedicated to people with developmental disabilities. Five apartments are set-aside for people coming out of homelessness. These are all one and two bedroom units.  An on-site manager and resident services are available at Aquarius.

The Mainstream apartment complex in Eugene is dedicated to low-income individuals with developmental disabilities. One unit is wheelchair accessible. The complex includes studio, one and two bedroom apartments. An on-site manager and resident services are available at Mainstream.

On Your Own is a six-unit housing project in Gresham, Oregon
On Your Own provides affordable rental units with support services for people with developmental disabilities. The project also incorporates supported living.
