A Permanent Supportive Housing program for individuals with Developmental Disabilities
Emerald Options offers housing to individuals with developmental disabilities coming out of homelessness. The program provides subsidized rent and ongoing support to work on issues that have caused prior homelessness. The goals for all participants are to maintain permanent housing, increase independence and self determination. An individualized Support Plan is developed with each participant to address their unique challenges, needs and desires. Participants must meet regularly with program staff to work on their goals.
It is our hope that each participant will achieve their best possible life, that they are safe in their home and community, and have satisfying lives.
Entry into the program is by referral only. Individual inquiries are not accepted.

First-hand experience is priceless and sharing it with others can make a world of difference in another person’s life!
In coordination with the Boundaries Group, we would like to present People Helping People: Handy guides to life. These were created with the generous help of clients who have successfully transitioned out of homelessness through our program. There’s nothing like hearing first hand from someone who has personally been through the process. We are excited to present their helpful insight to you.
