Visioning IDD Housing

Working together to develop new housing to meet the needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Mainstream Housing Incorporated is concerned about the limited housing options and rising housing crisis for people with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD). The affordable housing currently being built in our communities does not take into consideration the critical support needs of those who experience IDD.

Mainstream Housing is seeking to create innovative housing models, combined with an appropriate level of support service, which will allow for housing success. We invite you to engage in this process and share your housing ideas, concerns, and opinions by taking our survey, joining a discussion group, participating in a community forum, or scheduling a private interview time.
